TASTING NOTES
This wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards located on the hills surrounding the picturesque village of Bergheim. The soil is rich in clay and limestone and gives finesse, elegance and balance to the wine. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature while the aging in barrique for about 24 months. The color is a beautiful bright and attractive red. The nose reveals delicious aromas of red fruits including black cherry and morello cherry. In the mouth the attack is frank and fruity, delicate thanks to the silky tannins. The skilful use of wood leads to a harmonious, rich and slightly spicy finish. It is the perfect companion especiallt for summer dishes, from light cold and hot appetizers, to grilled meats, red meats and furred game such as venison, cold cuts, hard cheeses that are not too tasty or seasoned. Also interesting in combination with red fruit clafouti.
Tasting Notes:
Mas De Daumas Gassac white has a distinctive bouquet on the nose with citrus, stone fruits and earthy notes. Lots of minerality, complex, elegant with a lively attack followed by aromas of fruits (Peach, Grapefruit ...) and a good structure in the mid-palate leading towards a long and refreshing finish.
Tasting Notes:
Violets and blue/purple/dark fruits incl. berries, cherries and currants. A hint of clove and cardamom. The depth and density of fruit is carried by rich ripe silky tannins, fresh and vivacious. Perhaps the most complex and interesting wine in the whole world.
Tasting Notes:
Pale peach colour with hints of bright apricot. A classical Côtes de Provence rosé, offering aromas of yellow peach, pear, freesias and strawberries. Layered and neat. Generous in the mouth, with a good citrus fruit dimension, yet round and harmonious. Notes of cherry and raspberry make this a real crowd pleaser.

Notes of grapefruit, orange peel, pear and white peach, tied together by a hint of white flowers. Pretty and ethereal in the mouth, with a vibrant acidity providing a backbone, that leads to a mineral expressive finish with refreshing citrus notes. Long and elegant.

Deep ruby red, with tile coloured glints. Expressive, complex, hints of crystallised ripe blackcurrants and fruit in alcohol. Aromas of nut and vanilla. Good structure and balance, with very marked tannins. Virile, rustic character, thoroughly agreeable.

Brilliant rich gold, Full, hints of citrus and wildflowers. Opens on definite fruity notes with a hint of honey, Full, buttery, long finish.

Velvety red, Elegant and harmonious. Hints of toast, Rounded and concentrated. Delightfully soft, velvety tannins. Balanced with persistent fruit. A fleshy wine, perfect for special occasions
