Nose: Smoothness of Vanilla and butterscotch are skillfully embedded on layers of honey, creamy caramel, cinnamon and marzipan with a subtle hint of citrus fruits.
Palate: Elegant wood flavors caress the palate as they slowly unfold. Sweet whispers of caramelized peaches and vanilla add to the complexity of wood elements.
Finihs: A warm sensation down the throat. The feeling stays for a quite a brief time and keeps wanting for more.
The nose is complex and inviting, offering Morello cherry, cranberry, raspberry and whiffs of candyfloss, rose petal and acacia blossom. The palate shows red apple and nectarine flavours with hints of green plum, citrus and rosewater following through. The wine is focused and balanced with a well-rounded, smooth mid-palate and integrated natural acidity. It ends clean and fresh with an attractive cherry finish and hints of exotic spices and cling peach.
Nose: Juniper, lemon zest and lemon meringue pie filling with black and white pepper, and Indian spice. Faint vegetal notes.
Palate: Initially delicate, light and slightly sweet with light juniper, lemon zest and corriander, before strong peppery / chilly spice and stewed vegetal notes emerge.
Finish: Pinery juniper, faint lavender and mixed peppery spice
Considered the best red wine in the world. Thanks to its excellent qualities it is without any doubt a wine for great occasions. The long four-year ageing, part of wich in wood, gives it a strong body, a long intense smell and a wrapping full taste with hints of vanilla and tobacco.
Nose: Appetising combo of smoke and caramelised pineapple with a heady hit of tropical fruit.
Palate: Some lovely smokiness, but the fruity elements really sing here: pineapple, peach and mango all dancing with the smoke that surrounds them. Great balance.
Finish: Rather soft and relaxing, with the smoke gently fading.
Straw yellow in color with pale greenish highlights. On the nose it is delicate with notes of ripe exotic fruit with light citrusy sensations. The palate is elegant with good structure accompanied by excellent freshness and a sapid finish with pleasurable notes of vanilla and hazelnut butter.
This light garnet coloured wine opens with bundles of red fruit, spice and vanilla aromas. On the medium bodied palate, silky tannins and fresh acidity enhance the cranberry and redcurrant fruits. The wine finishes warm, with hints of spicy oak and vanillin.
Nose: Treacle and butterscotch, with baked pineapple, sweet malt and fig.
Palate: Honeyed cinnamon and barley sugar, with a smidge of salt bringing balance alongside ripe orchard fruit.
Finish: Crystallised ginger lingers alongside vanilla and milk chocolate.

Palate: Big bodied, slightly oily, with nutmeg and red wine. Sophisticated and assured.

Pale straw yellow to a golden hue with fine persistent bubbles. Bright and fresh marked with apple, pear and citric profiles with subtle notes of bread and brioche. Creamy texture balanced with a zesty acidity. Precise with a soft dry finish.
An elegant, fresh salmon pink colour with fine persistent bubbles. Fresh with red fruit. More prominent cherry aromas along with strawberry and black current notes. PALATE – Fresh creamy texture with a well defined fruitiness and structure from Shiraz grapes.
Nose: A creamy, aromatic melange of vanilla custard, hints of aniseed, lemon curd and butter toffee. Wood shavings and dried banana chips develop with just a hint of cassis.
Palate: More of those banana chips showing through on the palate, this time there's a creamy hit of barley malt too, pepped up with a little allspice. Notes of ground walnut and caramel.
Finish: Light spice and black pepper on the tail. Lingering notes of cereal sweetness.
Nose: Powerful orange and peach notes, backed up by juicy barley.
Palate: Butterscotch, red apple and caraway. A touch of grain sweetness in the background.
Finish: Heavy vanilla and pear on the finish.

The 2018 Chablis is a terrific introduction to the Moreau wines and the house style. Rich and textured, with lovely up-front fruit and a racy, exuberant personality, the 2018 is a joy to taste, even in the early going. Light tropical notes, almond, lemon confit and chamomile are some of the many notes that grace this exquisite, inviting Chablis.
Nose: Clean, subtle lemon zest/ lemon grass fragrance with delicate sage spice.
Palate: Zesty lemon and slighty honey sweetness giving a perceived silky mouth feel with cracked black pepper spice.
Finish: Lemon zesty with cracked black pepper and faint grappa like notes.
Immediately expressive in the glass, with notes of bright, ripe citrus, makrut lime, passionfruit and white peach. The palate is vibrant and mouthwatering, with concentrated juicy tropical notes, underpinned by a lively grapefruit acidity, carrying the intense fruit characters through to an impressively long finish.
Nose: The aroma is pungent with a blast of flamed orange zest and orange blossoms.
Palate: The flavor profile actually has layers of orange on top of the sweetness.
Finish: Taken neat the finish is long, sweet, and bracingly orange.
Nose: Fruity, peach, also some clear honey sweetness. Smooth nose, no alcohol dominating. Some orange as well. Palate: Very soft and smooth, just a little pepper on the tongue. Honey, some toffifee, licorice. Soft but certainly not thin. Some peach as well. After some time caramel/fudge dominates. Finish: Still a very slight pepper, honey and licorice. Peach. Actually pretty long for a low Abv whisky.
Nose: Aromatic, toffee, fruit salad, lush nectarine, custard. Floral, apple blossom, honeysuckle. Apple peels, pear, touch of smoke.
Palate: Malty. Walnuts steeped in manuka honey with vanilla sponge. Gentle smoke weaves its way through the cereal with a touch of spice.
Finish: Long, malty, walnut, almond.
Nose: A perfectly balanced blend of Scottish heather and honey with delicate notes of unripened pear and a hint of oak.
Palate: A delightful blend of soft vanilla with honey and blooming heather; well rounded with a slight smoky sensation emerging.
Finish: Medium finish, slightly dry with lingering heather/honey overtones, and the faintest touch of smoke.
Nose: Thick, heavy and sweet – like wading through molasses. With some time, black treacle, cherries and Millionaire’s Shortbread come through, wrapped in sweet liquorice and milk chocolate.
Palate: Spicier than expected from the nose, but rich and oily in texture. Cinnamon and nutmeg lead into sharper notes of polished oak before caramel sauce, soft toffees and hints of balancing bitter barrel char.
Finish: Soft and sweet, with herbal hints slowly fading to leave spicy oak.
Nose: Fruit cake and rum’n’raisin ice cream, sprinkled with cocoa and banana chips.
Palate: Chocolatey notes dominate to start, fading to reveal fudge and tropical fruit.
Finish: Bittersweet orange, dark chocolate and vanilla cream.
