Nose: Complex nose dominant of candied, overripe, fruity scents.
Palate: Intense on the palate, dominant of yellow fruits, sweet almond, liquorice, orange, honey, orgeat, with an
underlying smoky touch.
Finish: Medium to long finish
Complex and elegant nose dominated by aromas of undergrowth and spices (cinnamon and vanilla). Round and fleshy attack with ripe and well integrated tannins. Powerful aromas with a spicy and silky finish.
Chardonnays come in many styles, from light and minerally to rich, buttery and oaky. We wanted to make a Chardonnay that was satisfying, yet fresh, and with a sufficiently interesting flavour to capture the imagination. From the outset, it was crucial that it would be a great accompaniment to food. This is a fresh, pine-appley wine, with a subtle hint of oak and a touch of mango and ginger
A rich Pinot Noir characteristic of a cool climate. Fruit forward yet well structured with top notes of raspberries, cherries and hints of strawberries. Complexity and depth from very gentle oak inuence. Serve slightly chilled, 16-18ºC.
