Nose: Hints of caramel and mixed herbs. Slightly peppery.
Palate: Hints of roasted agave, sandalwood and spice. Cracked black pepper.
Finish: An oily, slightly sweet finish.
Nose: Light on the nose, some floral and toffee notes.
Palate: What a treat on the palate though: creamy vanilla, toffee, butterscotch, very smooth and sweet, then some wood spiciness with pepper and even a little chilli. Rich and round.
Finish: Vanilla, quite short.
Nose: The smell is all about fresh fruit, apples and pears, with a spiced apple pie quality.
Palate: Vibrant and fruity on the palate, more orchard fruit, with some toffee and cloves.
Finish: Warm spices, cinnamon, cloves and lingering apples.
Nose: Coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Dark chocolate is almost as pungent as freshly ground coffee.
Palate: Lightly syrupy and sweet. Dark chocolate and coffee compete for prominence with strong vanilla and faint smokiness.

Nose: More like Lapsang Souchong tea than Lapsang Souchong! One of the smokiest noses from Islay. It's big, very, very concentrated, and redolent of iodine, sweet spices, good, mature Sherry and creamy vanilla. Stunning.
Palate: Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and Sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak.
Finish: Long, spicy finish, figs, dates, peat smoke, vanilla.
Nose: Huge smoke, seaweedy, "medicinal", with a hint of sweetness.
Palate: Suprising sweetness with hints of salt and layers of peatiness.
Finish: Lingering.
The 2014 Le Difese is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese that shows bright berry nuances and a tangy, energized personality. The bouquet is simple and straightforward with a low-key fruit profile that does not stray from the original intention of this wine—to create a home for the estate's Sangiovese and to offer a simple, food-friendly, entry-level red.
Chardonnays come in many styles, from light and minerally to rich, buttery and oaky. We wanted to make a Chardonnay that was satisfying, yet fresh, and with a sufficiently interesting flavour to capture the imagination. From the outset, it was crucial that it would be a great accompaniment to food. This is a fresh, pine-appley wine, with a subtle hint of oak and a touch of mango and ginger
A lively GSM with prominent notes of black cherry, blackberry, dark plum with hints of cloves and black pepper. Well structured, medium bodied with gentle tannins. Serve slightly chilled, 16-18ºC
A rich Pinot Noir characteristic of a cool climate. Fruit forward yet well structured with top notes of raspberries, cherries and hints of strawberries. Complexity and depth from very gentle oak inuence. Serve slightly chilled, 16-18ºC.
Nose: Perfumed, soft oak, touch of Christmas cake, sweet spice and raisins.
Palate: Pear notes to the fore, plus toasty oak, with some rich custard-tart sweetness.
Finish: Woody and spicy, slightly drying.
Nose: Vanilla with hints of ginger, dried fruits, sherry sweetness and wood smoke.
Palate: Sweet raisins, plums and prunes, rich sherry, dark barrel char and soft spice.
Finish: Sweet toffee, dried fruit and lingering spice.
Aroma: It shows complex aromas of citrus, peach, raspberry, tobacco and vanilla.
Taste: The spirit has a quite rich texture with flavours of ginger, apples, cinnamon, herbal notes, honey, vanilla and lemon. Finish: The finish is long with an aftertaste of sweet apples, spice, cinnamon and honey.
Nose: Fruity aromas, with hints of guava and spice, a little pistachio too.
Palate: Sherry-like palate, with hints of gin botanicals, grapes, oak and spice.
Finish: Peppery, resinous finish.
Nose: Crisp and fresh on the nose. The initial perfumed burst is of sweet berry / juniper and assorted fresh citrus peel; further aeration releases pine needle, lavender and clove-like scents. Distinctive and somewhat unconventional, some tasters found the aromatics a little cologne like.
Palate: On the palate, this begins soft and glycerous, gradually building intensity, climaxing in an explosion of peppers; Mid palate is off dry and oily with juniper, lavender, pine needle and spice. Some tangy notes in the mouth add extra freshness to the traditional characters. Fairly complex.
Finish: Good balance of all components and racy, fresh finish, flavors persisting into the long, dry after taste.
Nose: Smoky, maritime NOSEwith hints of sticking plasters and toffee brittle.
Palate: Smoky, creamy palate with notes of marmalade, toffee apples and pear cider. A development of cloves comes late palate.
Finish: A long, malty finish with toasty oak and spice.
A full bodied red with marked yet gentle tannins and an average level of alcohol which displays hints of ripe fruits such as blackberries and morello cherries as well as spicy notes.
Nose: Scents of caramel, agave, honey and white pepper.
Palate: Spicy and sweet at the same time, touches of earthy agave, hints of vanilla and honey caramel sweetness.
Finish: Nice linger, full of pepper and spice, lingering sweetness of honey and caramel.
