Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Mineral, with slight sensations of yellow citrus and yellow pulp fruits. An interesting bouquet of fine herbs, fresh sage and nettle. It’s structured with an interesting freshness and a good flavour of citrus fruits with exotic hints. Delicately mineral with a good taste.

TASTING NOTES
This wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards located on the hills surrounding the picturesque village of Bergheim. The soil is rich in clay and limestone and gives finesse, elegance and balance to the wine. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature while the aging in barrique for about 24 months. The color is a beautiful bright and attractive red. The nose reveals delicious aromas of red fruits including black cherry and morello cherry. In the mouth the attack is frank and fruity, delicate thanks to the silky tannins. The skilful use of wood leads to a harmonious, rich and slightly spicy finish. It is the perfect companion especiallt for summer dishes, from light cold and hot appetizers, to grilled meats, red meats and furred game such as venison, cold cuts, hard cheeses that are not too tasty or seasoned. Also interesting in combination with red fruit clafouti.

The Jacob's Creek Riesling is blended from select parcels which results in a crisp, elegant wine with a fresh floral bouquet, attractive citrus flavours and a delicate, dry finish. Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour. Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Lovely bouquet of lemon, citrus and red apple with notes of bread and nougat. Light and elegant, the palate highlights lemon and citrus fruit with a hint of biscuit finishing with a delicate and refreshing acid.
Dark cherry and plum with notes of mocha spice. A bright, medium length wine made in an approachable style. The palate offers plum and warmed berry flavours and lovely soft tannin's.
Nose: Crisp orchard fruits like green apples and pears, mild pot-still spices.
Taste: Subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans, marzipan and charred oak.
Finish: Long and sweet with milk chocolate and butterscotch.

Grattamacco Bolgheri Superiore L'Alberello shows a deep purple core with ruby reflections. The wine is generous and silky on the palate with rich aromas and flavors of wild blackberries and plums, black pepper, and balsamic. The structure is defined by dense, yet soft tannins and a mouthwatering acidity that is marked by a sense of saltiness. A long and harmonious finish presupposes a very long life of development.
Luis Canas Crianza has rich blackcurrant and raspberry aromas with hints of creamy oak with enticing balsam hints. This leads you into its concentrated, rich fruits flavours and complex, savoury layers. It is such an elegant, yet appealing Rioja Crianza, with great structure, excellent balance and smooth round tannins.
On the nose it is very nice, subtle and elegant, classy, very complex, memories of woods fine, ripe fruit, coffee.
On palate it is oily, round, unctuous and well structured, juicy tannins. In retro olfaction, nuances appear spices and notes of black fruit mature.

Mas De Daumas Gassac white has a distinctive bouquet on the nose with citrus, stone fruits and earthy notes. Lots of minerality, complex, elegant with a lively attack followed by aromas of fruits (Peach, Grapefruit ...) and a good structure in the mid-palate leading towards a long and refreshing finish.

Violets and blue/purple/dark fruits incl. berries, cherries and currants. A hint of clove and cardamom. The depth and density of fruit is carried by rich ripe silky tannins, fresh and vivacious. Perhaps the most complex and interesting wine in the whole world.
Nose: A blend of rich and floral notes, and soft fruity aromas.
Palate: Reflection of the full aromas of agave espadin with a hint of sweet citrus.
Finish: Authentic, pure and extremely smooth finish.
Tasting Notes:
Pale peach colour with hints of bright apricot. A classical Côtes de Provence rosé, offering aromas of yellow peach, pear, freesias and strawberries. Layered and neat. Generous in the mouth, with a good citrus fruit dimension, yet round and harmonious. Notes of cherry and raspberry make this a real crowd pleaser.

Notes of grapefruit, orange peel, pear and white peach, tied together by a hint of white flowers. Pretty and ethereal in the mouth, with a vibrant acidity providing a backbone, that leads to a mineral expressive finish with refreshing citrus notes. Long and elegant.
Tasting Notes: A deep and shiny violet-red colour, this wine has aromas of black fruit as well as the spicy notes typical of Carmenere, which accompany a delicate hint of dark chocolate in an elegant and subtle manner. Good grip in the mouth, with good texture and sweet tannins, this wine is fresh and well-balanced.

notes. Very well balanced with good volume in the mouth, correct acidity and a creamy texture that envelopes the palate.
