Tasting note:
This is Codigo’s first double-barrel tequila. The Blanco was first aged in uncharred fine French Oak and Cabernet wine barrels, then it was finished it Spanish Sherry wine barrels as a second aging step. The floral and citrus notes, along with the sweeter finish from the Sherry casks, give it a truly unique taste.
