The 2014 Le Difese is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese that shows bright berry nuances and a tangy, energized personality. The bouquet is simple and straightforward with a low-key fruit profile that does not stray from the original intention of this wine—to create a home for the estate's Sangiovese and to offer a simple, food-friendly, entry-level red.
Chardonnays come in many styles, from light and minerally to rich, buttery and oaky. We wanted to make a Chardonnay that was satisfying, yet fresh, and with a sufficiently interesting flavour to capture the imagination. From the outset, it was crucial that it would be a great accompaniment to food. This is a fresh, pine-appley wine, with a subtle hint of oak and a touch of mango and ginger

The centerpiece of Querciabella's winemaking operations since the winery's debut, Querciabella Chianti Classico has consistently ranked at the highest levels of critical acclaim while delighting wine enthusiasts the world over.Querciabella's Chianti Classico represents the pinnacle of high-altitude, perfectly exposed Sangiovese fruit. A beautiful balancing act of crisp, inviting acidity, pure varietal fruit flavour and character deriving from sourcing the grapes from top sites in three of the the denomination's best sub-zones. A wine and food lovers' delight. Grapes are carefully selected in the vineyards, and harvested by hand into 8 kilo crates. They are destemmed, never crushed, then conveyed into temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place. Maceration lasts about 12 days. After completing full malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred into barriques and tonneaux. The oak is 100% French (5% new, remainder consists of second and third-fill barrels). The wine is regularly racked and tasted during the entire maturation period, which may last up to 14 months.
This French oak barreled wine has an intense bouquet and an extremely full structure on the palate. The body is velvety, harmonious and the complexity deserves a special mention.

Saint Clair Marlborough Pinot Noir 2019 has aromas of sun-kissed dark berries, boysenberry and freshly picked blackberries, are interlaced with toasted wood notes and a hint of dark chocolate. The palate is full of sumptuous dark berries, layered with freshly ground coffee beans and dark chocolate. A hint of cinnamon spice leads into a savoury finish.
Tropical notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant combine with salty mineral notes. The palate is rich and weighty and full of flavours of grapefruit and blackcurrant along with green notes of nettle and capsicum. A subtle sea salt character leads to a long lingering mineral finish.
Loaded with notes of black olives and black cherries, the full-bodied 2017 Gigondas is rich and velvety in the mouth. I'm not sure it's quite as good as the 2018, but it's certainly no slouch, with a long, silky finish that picks up a hint of cocoa.
Soft white wine, intriguing and inviting, made with Garganega and Chardonnay grapes, with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and the scent of white flowers, jasmine and citrus fruits
