Fresh berry flavours and a fine white pepper ness add a spicy profile to the nose. This is a wine of elegance and linearity. The palate seems almost seamless with the soft approachable tannins rounding off the mouth feel.
Tasting note:
From a single vineyard in front of the cantina, this is a blend of Bordeaux varieties with 10% Sangiovese, matured in French oak for 10 months. There’s a heady nose of plum, damson, cocoa and wild Tuscan herbs. The palate is glorious and harmonious, with fruit depth and warm oak spice, framed by glossy tannins and sapid, crunchy-berry freshness.
A succulent nose of yellow fruits with hints of pomegranate, pear and vanilla. Tangerine aromas and a touch of menthol can also be detected, which add a burst of freshness to the whole. A soft attack is followed by a lovely presence on the palate, which is full of citrus notes. The finish is long and fresh.
Tasting Notes:
Brilliant, straw yellow. Fine and persistent perlage. Typical and characteristic, fine and refined, the fruity aromas stand out (above all those of green apple, pear and citrus fruits) and floral aromas reminiscent of spring (wisteria, acacia and lily of the valley in particular). Harmonious, elegant and balanced, the palate is soft (thanks to the residual sugar) and at the same time dry (thanks to a lively acidity).
Tasting Notes:
Bright pink mother-of-pearl, fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aromas (With distinct hints of apple, white peace, citrus and wild strawberries) and floral notes like peace blossom. Fresh and delicate, it is fresh on the palate and confirms to the olfactory sensations.
Very deep ruby red, elegant and well structured. Scents of red fruits and typical notes of humus. A little balsamic notes that fades into pine. In the mouth full bodied but velvety and balanced tannins.
Tasting Notes:
Deep colour, red fruit bouquet with scents of cherries and blueberries. The palate is well-balanced, evolving with slightly grainy, smooth tannins, with notes of ripe cherries, suggesting a promising future.
