Nose: Doja has the aroma of grass, citrus peel, florals and a hint of spices. Plate: It’s smooth, owing to the single-shot distillation method and the unique pairing of essential oils in the spirit. The flavours of yuzu citrus blend with the fragrant sansho with delicate notes of pine that are backed by spices such as green cardamom, coriander and fennel.

Tasting notes: Tāmras is a crisp, citrus-forward gin, with a spicy finish. It opens up when mixed with ice, and stays consistent even with tonic, which smoothens out the spicy finish.
Tasting notes: Its begins with a striking herbaceous note of coriander, tulsi and fennel, and as you nose it, with time, a beautiful aroma of rose and lavender set in. Juniper berry gives it a sweet sour essence.
