An elegant, fresh salmon pink colour with fine persistent bubbles. Fresh with red fruit. More prominent cherry aromas along with strawberry and black current notes. PALATE – Fresh creamy texture with a well defined fruitiness and structure from Shiraz grapes.
Immediately expressive in the glass, with notes of bright, ripe citrus, makrut lime, passionfruit and white peach. The palate is vibrant and mouthwatering, with concentrated juicy tropical notes, underpinned by a lively grapefruit acidity, carrying the intense fruit characters through to an impressively long finish.
Complex and elegant nose dominated by aromas of undergrowth and spices (cinnamon and vanilla). Round and fleshy attack with ripe and well integrated tannins. Powerful aromas with a spicy and silky finish.
Dr. Loosen’s non-estate wine embodies the elegant and racy style of classic Mosel Riesling. It is refreshing and fruity, with a fine mineral edge that is typical of the region. Dr. L Riesling is made with fruit that comes exclusively from traditional vineyards with steep slopes and slate soil. By working closely with local growers on long-term contract, brothers Ernst and Thomas Loosen are able to maintain excellent quality in every vintage. Dr. L Riesling is bottled with a screw cap to avoid cork problems and to preserve freshness.

Chardonnays come in many styles, from light and minerally to rich, buttery and oaky. We wanted to make a Chardonnay that was satisfying, yet fresh, and with a sufficiently interesting flavour to capture the imagination. From the outset, it was crucial that it would be a great accompaniment to food. This is a fresh, pine-appley wine, with a subtle hint of oak and a touch of mango and ginger
A rich Pinot Noir characteristic of a cool climate. Fruit forward yet well structured with top notes of raspberries, cherries and hints of strawberries. Complexity and depth from very gentle oak inuence. Serve slightly chilled, 16-18ºC.
Tenuous straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The aroma is intense with persistent fruity and flowery scents similar to those of golden apples and green almonds as well as a clean aroma of chamomile flower. The flavour is full-bodied and remarkably sapid, balanced, harmonious and persistent.
