Nose: Feinty. Smoke and a touch of mochaccino. There are some notes of leather and Madeira with a little chocolate.
Palate: Balanced. There are notes of cut herbs and a defined vegetal character. Fresh citrus and fudge. Touch of peat smoke.
Finish: Fruit, becomes dry.
Nose: Expressive, crisp barley sugars. Touch of wood smoke, toffee.
Palate: Rich and sweet. Barley and caramel, very gentle peat.
Finish: Soft and sweet, fudge
Nose: A creamy, aromatic melange of vanilla custard, hints of aniseed, lemon curd and butter toffee. Wood shavings and dried banana chips develop with just a hint of cassis.
Palate: More of those banana chips showing through on the palate, this time there's a creamy hit of barley malt too, pepped up with a little allspice. Notes of ground walnut and caramel.
Finish: Light spice and black pepper on the tail. Lingering notes of cereal sweetness.
Nose: Powerful orange and peach notes, backed up by juicy barley.

Finish: Golden syrup, creamy spices and malt on the finish.
Nose: Fairly light but oily, with dry oak, honey and gently stony smoke.
Palate: Fuller bodied than the nose suggests, moving from sweet smoke and floral honey to cracked stone, tar and old bonfires.
Finish: Medium length, with soft smoke, woody spice and charred oak.
Nose: Honeyed oats, malty with creamy vanilla, toffee popcorn and a touch of gingerbread. A herby note punches through. Really pleasant.
Palate: Sweet, smooth caramel fudge. Butterscotch. Quite waxy with honey and vanilla coming in waves.
Finish: This finishes more on the heavier side of things with sticky fruits (maybe a bit of trifle?) and faint woodsmoke.
Nose: Hints of mango, mandarin, orange, papaya, clover honey, a kiss of smoke and hint of caramel candy.
Taste: Start of off honey sweet at first, followed by a touch of cinnamon that doesn’t overpower the sweetness. Hint of tropical fruits come on as the spice fades, making this a very complex and changing dram.
Finish: Finish is long and subtle with mango, banana and coconut notes on top of honey sweetness with a lingering hint of spice.
Nose: Light on the nose, some floral and toffee notes.
Palate: What a treat on the palate though: creamy vanilla, toffee, butterscotch, very smooth and sweet, then some wood spiciness with pepper and even a little chilli. Rich and round.

Nose: Soft, approachable, ripe fruit, and old oak with a dash of ginger and honey.
Palate: Soft again with sweet malt, a gentle grainy oak, and a distant smoked honey.
Finish: Delicate and smooth.
Nose: From 20 inches away I’m getting banana bread and rich biscuity sweetness. Nose in. Old leather-bound book and Black Forest. Give it 2 seconds and it livens up with hot cherries, orange marzipan, cooked red apples and a touch of smoke. The banana bread theme continues. Infinite layers of complexity. Filled my heart with joy.
Palate: Extremely bitter and dusty at first, explodes with savoury Oxford marmalade, walnut shell, tobacco smoke and dried plum. Sweet wood smoke comes in… this is just silly good.
Finish: Cherry and bitter nut shell back. Sweet and smooth.
