Tasting note:
The Jacob's Creek Riesling is blended from select parcels which results in a crisp, elegant wine with a fresh floral bouquet, attractive citrus flavours and a delicate, dry finish. Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour. Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
Tasting Notes:
Appereance: Pale straw with a green and golden tinge.
Nose: A lovely waxy, green tea candle note lifts in the subtle white peach, pear and green plum perfume, accompanied by complex floral aromas of Jasmine and chamomile and sexy hints of rock flint and vanilla bean. More savoury complexity will develop with time in the bottle.
