Typical and characteristic, fine and refined, the fruity aromas stand out (above all those of green apple, pear and citrus fruits) and floral aromas reminiscent of spring (wisteria, acacia and lily of the valley in particular). Harmonious, elegant and balanced, the palate is soft (thanks to the residual sugar) and at the same time dry (thanks to a lively acidity).
