Tasting Notes

Nose: Doja has the aroma of grass, citrus peel, florals and a hint of spices. Plate: It’s smooth, owing to the single-shot distillation method and the unique pairing of essential oils in the spirit. The flavours of yuzu citrus blend with the fragrant sansho with delicate notes of pine that are backed by spices such as green cardamom, coriander and fennel.

Tasting notes: Tāmras is a crisp, citrus-forward gin, with a spicy finish. It opens up when mixed with ice, and stays consistent even with tonic, which smoothens out the spicy finish.
Tasting notes: Its begins with a striking herbaceous note of coriander, tulsi and fennel, and as you nose it, with time, a beautiful aroma of rose and lavender set in. Juniper berry gives it a sweet sour essence.
Nose: Some sour citrus, with sharp grain and biscuits, and a touch of peat.
Palate: Sugary dried fruit, young oak, vanilla, caramel and lemon.
Finish: Short, with a slight sweetness of honey.

SETTE is the end result of a great fusion of the concentration of Cabernet Sauvignon with the fine, elegant floral notes of Sangiovese. The pleasant and refined notes of wood are well merged with the wine, adding to SETTE a balanced vanilla flavour, which is typical of French oak barrels.

Nose: The aroma is fresh and crisp with fragrant citrus notes with a dash of pine.
Palate: Taken neat, the flavor profile leads with the Gondhoraj limes in all of their fragrant glory followed by almond cookies, pine resin, tons of floral notes, and a pleasant spice.
Finish: The finish is brisk and clean with a sharp ginger note over a pine base.
Nose: Fragrant toasted barley, dried grass, a little kipper smoke, citrus peels, green apple and brown sugar.
Palate: Honeyed oak and fruity coffee with that Islay peat again making its character gently known. Spicy porridge, lime and dry toast.

Palate: Chomp Bars - lots of chewy caramel and chocolate here. Picks up from lively spice along the way, with a little bit of waxy orange peel on the mid palate.
Finish: Orange lingers. Surprisingly long, with the rye notes from the nose coming back in full force.
Nose: Treacle and butterscotch, with baked pineapple, sweet malt and fig.
Palate: Honeyed cinnamon and barley sugar, with a smidge of salt bringing balance alongside ripe orchard fruit.
Finish: Crystallised ginger lingers alongside vanilla and milk chocolate.
This French oak barreled wine has an intense bouquet and an extremely full structure on the palate. The body is velvety, harmonious and the complexity deserves a special mention.
Recommended with sauced meat, aged cheese, heavy soups, grilled steak and lamb chops.
A medium bodied red wine with strong fruity aromas of Cherry accompanied with spicy notes of pepper and cinnamon. It is a young wine with a long finish.
Nose: Complex Indian spices are well integrated with piney juniper, nutty angelica and lime led zesty citrus.
Palate: Zesty citrus and assertive spice but neither overwhelm the juniper.
